If you are requested to provide a specimen, this can be brought to the practice reception on any weekday before 14:30 (except semen samples where the patient will be required to telephone Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Please ensure that the specimen containers are correctly labelled with your full name, date of birth using the stickers from the paperwork and the date the sample is collected along with any paperwork you may have been given.
The laboratory will not carry out investigations on unlabelled or incorrectly labelled specimens.
