Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service. We try to deal swiftly with any suggestions or comments, and you can be assured your care or consultations will not be affected if you feel it necessary to make a complaint.

We are grateful for all feedback received and this is reviewed by our Management Team. If you wish to discuss your feedback, please contact the Deputy Operations Manager at the surgery

Please do not enter any medical information in the form. In addition, do not use the form for any personal prescription, medication or referral queries or regarding any medical advice. Such enquiries should be made by our online system, by phone or in person.
