Comprehensive travel advice and/or vaccinations can be provided at the Surgery by a member of our practice nursing team.
Please allow at least 12 weeks before departure, if you are traveling abroad, to ensure there is enough time for our nurses to assess your travel needs and give any immunisations required.
To help the Travel Nurses assess your travel needs, it is important that they are in receipt of the assessment form which is to be completed via PATCHS, by clicking on the “Other” option and stating that you require a travel questionnaire. You will then be sent a message asking you to complete a travel questionnaire via our PATCHS platform.
Once completed an appointment will be made and you will be invited to speak to one of our practice nurses.
