If you are requested to provide a specimen, this can be brought to the practice reception on any weekday before 14:30 (except semen samples where the patient will be required to telephone Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital to arrange an appointment to take the sample to James Paget University Hospital)
Please ensure that the specimen containers are correctly labelled with your full name, date of birth and the date the sample is collected and is accompanied by any paperwork you may have been given.
The laboratory will not carry out investigations on unlabelled or incorrectly labelled specimens.
