Submitting an Enquiry
Routine enquiries can be submitted between 07:00 and 18:30 on the days we are open.
For urgent enquiries, please submit your request before 11:00. If you submit an urgent enquiry after this time and we have already reached capacity for the day, you may receive a message advising that we are unable to process your request. In this case, please seek advice from a local pharmacy, walk-in centre, or NHS 111.
For clinical safety, we can only manage a limited number of urgent enquiries each day.
If you are unsure whether your enquiry is urgent, please call the practice and speak with a Care Navigator, who can help guide you appropriately.
