PATCHS Telephone Assistant Trial

On December 1st 2023, we will be launching the trial of the PATCHS Telephone Assistant.

This is aimed to support those who cannot access the internet or struggle to do so.  This also prevents long call queues, all you will need to do is call the practice on 01502 712662 and select the option for the PATCHS Telephone Assistant.  You will be prompted to say your name and date of birth, you will then we asked a set of questions in relation to your call.  Once completed, this goes directly into your PATCHS account and the triage process will begin.
