HOW TO REGISTER AS A PATIENT

Any patient living within our practice area (see below) may ask to register at Beccles Medical Centre. Please come along to reception and ask for a New Patient Registration Pack.

The receptionist will explain which forms it is necessary for you to complete and the Registration Pack will contain other useful leaflets to help you obtain the most from being a patient at our surgery. Registration will be made with the practice.

You can choose a preferred practitioner who will be one of the principal partners in the practice, except that in some rural areas, your right to choose a preferred practitioner will be restricted to the doctor covering that local area only, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

The practice will accept patients living in Beccles and the following villages: -

Aldeby, Barnby, Barsham, Brampton, Burgh St Peter, Ellingham, Ellough, Geldeston, Gillingham, Haddiscoe, Henstead, Hulver, Ilketshall St Andrew, Kirby Cane, Mettingham, Mutford, North Cove, Norton Subcourse, Raveningham, Redisham, Rushmere, Shadingfield, Shipmeadow, Sotterley, Stockton, Thorpe, Thurlton, Toft Monks, Wheatacre, Weston, Willingham and Worlingham.
