PRESCRIPTIONS AND REPEAT MEDICATION...

We operate a computer-based service for repeat prescriptions. If you are on repeat medication please tick the items you require on the slip attached to your last prescription and post your request in the box provided in Reception in the Health Centre. You may leave your request in Boots in Beccles, the Health Centre Pharmacy and Worlingham Pharmacy. If this is more convenient for you, but please state on the form if you would like the new prescription sent to one of these pharmacies for collection or delivery.

Alternatively you may send your repeat prescription request to the surgery by post with a stamped addressed envelope if you would like your prescription returned to you by post.

You may also request a repeat prescription by fax if this is more convenient on 01502 712906.

Repeat prescriptions will normally be available two working days after the request is received. Requests need to be received before 4pm. Please re-order your medication in good time before you run out.
